This doll is 12" tall and uses simple stitches  with some construction and sewing.  Pattern uses AmiguruME SkinTones yarn in Light 1, Medium 2, Tan 1, and Dark 1 (all less than one skein), found only at craftyiscool.com. Links for other products I recommend are in the pattern.
 
Pattern is in English with US crochet terms.
