How's about El Jefe? There's nothing wrong with a little something extra between the legs, just some woolen accessories. 
This pattern has instructions on how to crochet the Penis and Scrotum for a 10-14" crocheted doll. It is to scale of any of the regular size doll patterns I write as well as patterns from my book AmiguruME. 
Penis measures 1.5" long but feel free to make it any size you want.

Each step is thoroughly photographed and explained in detail.
